In the Type Properties dialog, set the Background value to either Opaque or Transparent. Right-click the text note and click Element Properties. Select the text note and then click on the text. In the Type Properties dialog, you can set the properties Italic, Bold, and Underline. Click Modify Text Notes tab-> Element panel-> Element Properties drop-down-> Type Properties. Element panel-> Element Properties, and in the Instance Properties dialog, edit the Horizontal Align property. Alternatively, you can click Modify Text Notes tab. Click Modify Text Notes tab-> Alignment panel -> Left, Center, or Right. Select the rotation control button on the top right corner of the text box and rotate the note. If you resize the text box on a non-wrapping text note, the text note becomes wrapping. Place the cursor on the drag controls to change the width of the note. If you want to create an elbow with the leader line, drag the micentral blue dot on the arrow and change its position. To move a leader line, drag one of the blue sizing handles in the desired direction. To move the text box, drag the cross-shaped move control at the text box's top left corner.
